I read everything that comes in, though I can't always reply quickly.
Corrections are welcome. If a price is out of date, a clinic has changed hands, a technique description does not match what you were told at your consultation, or I've simply got something wrong, tell me. Include the page it's on and, if you have one, a source. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
Questions and suggestions. The site is new and the guides are still being written, so if there's a technique, an area or a question you couldn't find here, let me know. What people ask shapes what gets written first. Please don't send photographs of your scalp or your medical history; I can't assess them and I'd rather not hold them.
Quotes you'd like a second opinion on. I'm happy to tell you what questions I'd ask about a quote, and what looks unusual in a graft count or a hairline drawing. I can't tell you whether to accept it, and anyone who offers to do that from a photograph is guessing.
Clinics and surgeons. A directory is planned. If you'd like to be listed when it opens, get in touch with the operating surgeon's qualifications, who performs each stage of the procedure, how many patients the clinic treats a day and where you practise. Listings will be free and based on qualifications and transparency, not payment.
Media. I'm happy to comment on hair restoration, the medical travel market and how this industry sells itself, for articles, podcasts and segments. Tell me your outlet, angle and deadline.
Link builders, affiliates and "collaboration" pitches. No. I don't sell links, publish guest posts, join affiliate schemes or swap placements, and I won't reply.
Got a quote and not sure what to make of it? This is the bit I do for a living. I help people work out whether they're ready for surgery at all, compare quotes that aren't comparable, understand what a price includes and plan the recovery, wherever they want to be treated. Some come to Bangkok through Thailand Care; plenty stay closer to home, and for hair restoration that's often the better call because aftercare matters. It costs you nothing: you pay the hospital's own price, with nothing added for my involvement. If you'd like that kind of help, tell me where you're at.
