Short version: this site collects very little, sells nothing, and carries no advertising trackers.

What the site collects

The site is a set of static pages. There are no advertising networks, no third-party trackers and no cookies set for marketing purposes.

Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does. If that matters to you, a content blocker will prevent it and the site will still work.

Basic server logs exist, as they do for any website, and record requests and IP addresses for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.

What happens if you contact me

Messages sent through the contact page come to my email. I read them and reply where I can.

I keep them so I can follow up, and I do not add anyone to a mailing list, share messages with clinics or pass details to anyone else. There is no mailing list.

Please do not send medical records, photographs of your scalp or clinical history. I cannot assess them, I am not qualified to, and I would rather not hold them. If you have sent something and want it deleted, ask and I will delete it.

Clinic and practitioner enquiries

If you contact me about being listed in a future directory, I keep what you send so I can include you when it opens. Ask and I will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Get in touch and I will do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the reviewed date above changes with it, and anything material will be described here before it takes effect.
